Right to retract

In accordance with the legislation in force, you have a period of 14 days following the delivery of your order to change your mind. Contact us in order to assert your right of withdrawal, we will send you the instructions for the return.

The return of the product (s) must be made within 14 days of your message. Thrill Factory does not bear the shipping costs associated with returning the affected products.

The refund of your order will be made upon receipt of the products at our warehouse in France.

Defective product

If a product arrives in bad condition, we will resend a new one following your complaint.
